Advisory services on financial instruments under EU shared management

Link to the fi-compass platform that is provided by the European Commission in partnership with the European Investment Bank to offer advisory services on financial instruments under EU shared management. fi-compass can support regions by providing practical know-how and learning tools on financial instruments (Activities 9.1 and 9.2 of TRANSFORMER Roadmap).
