This document was developed in TRANSFORMER project and is dedicated to the development of Action Plans for the subsequent stage for long-term implementation and establishment of their Transition Super-Labs (TSLs) by the four partner regions in the TRANSFORMER project (Emilia-Romagna, Lower Silesia, Ruhr Area and Western Macedonia).
