Influence/Interest Matrix1 is a tool that categorizes stakeholders based on their level of influence over the TSL operation and their interest in its outcomes, helping to prioritize engagement efforts (Activity 2.1. 2.2 and 2.3 of TRANSFORMER Roadmap). Stakeholders with high influence and high interest should be engaged closely and regularly, while those with high influence but low interest should be kept satisfied with regular updates and involvement in important decisions. Stakeholders with low influence but high interest should be kept informed, and their feedback should be considered to maintain their support. Lastly, stakeholders with low influence and low interest should be monitored with minimal engagement but kept informed about major outputs of TSL operation. This ensures that resources are directed towards the most critical stakeholders, facilitating better TSL management and success.
