The methodology for assessing the efficiency and success of the transition process is based on the achievement of specific milestones to be reached at the end of each transition step of TRANSFORMER cross sectorial transition model in a suggested timeline (milestone achievement monitoring) (Activity 10.2 of TRANSORMER Roadmap).
